He's pretty frikin good.
I think he over plays a bit in this, but still... how can his blues be so good and his pop songs be so crappy?

Mainly becasue blues songs are better than pop songs. (An unbiased opinion).

He reminds me of a "pop-ish" Dave Matthews.

The dude can play, his pop songs sell millions, and he gets more pu**y than all of you combined. "Heartbreak Warfare" is a pretty good song.

Daughters is killer. So is your body is a wonderland. Waiting on the world to change is great. I looped it on my tour. His blues is fierce. He wails. Clapton plays with him and gives him props. His ego reflects all of that and more.

I've been following his guitar playing for a while he is good, if you care to check out the link below you’ll see a tutorial of crossroads John Mayer style and version which IMO incorporates Jeff Beck techniques, Clapton licks and John Mayer’s playing.

Skip 1:30 of the video to get to the tutorial part.

The guy seems like such a douche bag though. He's said some pretty stupid things to the press lately... ( like his dick is a nazi....????)

And I'm not saying that the guy doesn't have talent, but I really don't care for his music.....

Uhhg... Waiting on the world to change is trash.
I call it 'waiting for the song to change'

Good Love Is On The Way is a great straight forward song.
Any band should do.
