I like the quality of playing but it just doesn't do anything for me anymore...
It's not that I'm getting older, I've felt this way for maybe 20 years now. I've banged my head as hard as anybody but I like to hear something fresh and original.
My advise (or preference) would be to take those amazing skills and do something new.

Be Cool... an if ya can't do that, be like me
I like the quality of playing but it just doesn't do anything for me anymore...
