As a phish lover... Don't you think this intro 'riff'/verse 'riff' is a pretty obvious ripoff of The Beatles(for no one)?

Well, sure, but they took it elsewhere. I don't think it's possible to write anything that doesn't have influences...it's just that some are more obvious than others.
That said, I love the song, & I've done it as a soloist.

Yeah, maybe not...
Just suprised as to why sometimes theres not a peep about things like that and other times theres a lawsuit.
