The local radio station had people calling in to report songs that made them tear up. Here's a few of mine:

Eleanor Rigby - The Beatles
Yesterday - The Beatles
Can We Still Be Friends? - Todd Rundgren
Hello, It's Me - Todd Rundgren
Ghosts - Dan Fogelberg
Leader of the Band - Dan Fogelberg

That Was Yesterday by Foriegner
In The Living Years by Mike And The Mechanics

That country song about 911 I don't know the name of it but it makes me cry everytime I hear it. It came on the radio one day when I was with my wife and at the end she was crying and said "thats why I hate country music" because it is so sad! If someone knows the song I am talking about please post the name of it!

To me that is what makes music such a powerful force IT MAKES YOU FEEL!

Good call on "Don't Give Up" Craig.

"Both Sides Now" by Joni Mitchell is another one.

There is one song I cannot sing, because I get choked up on it. I have no idea why, unless it cuzza that Sound Of Music soundtrack, but I cannot sing "Eidelweiss."

I know...I'm weird.

Anything by Madonna

There are a lot of songs that have moved me to tears because of some form of self reflection it caused me to have.

But to name one right now ??

Amazing Grace

This is one I never can finish singing ... ever.

The Living Years is a good call, J.

The Days of Our Lives-Queen.

Freddie was singing about living in the present, not the past, at a time when he KNEW he didn't have a future.

Mutineer-Warren Zevon. I don't know why. It basically says that you have always counted on me, and I am always going to let you down.

Madonna makes me cry, too. But only because she won't go away.
