wma fies for posting on homepage

I'm not sure if wma files can be posted as sound files on bandmix. I submitted 3 today and still waiting to hear how they sound . Perhaps the review process takes more time than I'm patient for. Any info out there? PS I'm very new to how this all works @BM. Thank you , dwain

As far as I know, they only play if they're in MP3 format, dwain.
You'll prolly need to convert them before they'll play here.

Free conversion software - Audacity (I was having a brain flatulent problem before & couldn't recall the name!)
It's a great user-friendly program.

Thank you for the info , I did get LAME for Audicity to convert files to MP3's.
Music is enough let alone all the other tech chechs that need to be in place. It's all good though. Looking forward to gaining and sharing on BM.

I use Audacity some, but not the LAME program.
My puter has a Windows Audio Converter.
Simple and fast.
