How in the heck did I ever live without one

Back to Minnesota I go, what a roller coster ride this has been.

Good to see most of the old gang is still around.

who you callin old!? oh, I guess I fit that category now lol.

Speaking of GPS, here in California we have "Fastrak", a toll pay system that you put on your dash board so you can roll thru tolls without having to stop and dish some money over. just so happens, these little suckers "track the flow of traffic". So, seems I'm being watched unless I take 007 tactics and hide it in a special wrapper they supply. go figure :)

Welcome back.

I refuse to go with a GPS!

Some of the best trips I've ever had were when I got lost. I love to aimlessly explore.

My son was hit head on by a "at fault" Mexican driver with no insurance or driver license. His girlfriend was killed. He is back on his feet again and
I have been here in California for four months now and I am now ready to head back to Minnesota.

Wow, RG! Glad he's gonna be okay, or as okay as he can get. So sorry to hear about his girl friend. It must be hard on him in so many ways. It's good he has you there to help him along.

Have a safe GPS-guided trip.

Oh my. You have been busy.

I am so sorry.

Did not mean to come off flippant.

There are some places one should not be lost.
You may not come out ... alive.

I'm usually on a tight time schedule and have to be out of the wood on time.

GPS is great for that kind of thing.

Other wise I kinda enjoy getting lost for awhile.

I got GPS on my phone and I dig it. I like the fact that when I'm out of town I can look for places to eat in the vicinity. We found a cool Asian buffet in Ventura that way.

Sorry about your son. CA takes some getting use to, but once you find the right area and the right people, it is a lot of fun.

I hear tell of some beautiful scenery in CA.
May visit someday.

Can't stay though.

All of my vehicles and half my gun collection would be illegal there I'm afraid.
