Posted: Sat Sep 18, 2010 6:48 pmI do a lot of cooking with beer, but this is beer in a lil fried dough pouch, which means it'll be hot. This is WAY different than cooking WITH beer. This is beer as an entree!

My Dad has been making beer batter for deep fried fish since i was wee lad.
