Hello my old BandMix friends.......
Posted: Sun Sep 12, 2010 10:37 pmIt's been quite a while since I've been on the Forum and just wanted to say hello to my old friends on the site. Many things have gone down since I communicated with you all. Very good things have happened since I was in touch with you all. And one of them has because of the talented musicians on this site. I am now with a musician and his band. "Train Of Water", getting ready to do a CD for our agent and am getting ready to do a festival in Virginia. I met Richard Brost on this site and can say he is a true musician. For those of you who have just joined this site, have a little patience and matureism. If you have been to my web site you know my age. I started doing in home recording and presented them to this site for critique and only recieved a positive acceptance for my style. I have the dreams you do, but work for them them very hard. I am also getting to go on tour with some of BandMix's musicians. If you have some time, listen to www.Bandmix.com/richardbrobst Putting down other musicians is the wrong way to go. We all have the same goals and dreams and if it's different sounding than yours doesn't mean they are bad. We all spend many hours of our life trying to get the sound we want. Hopefully you will find yours and respect all the othe sounds you hear... Anyway, sorry 'bout ramblin, just been seeing too much nastyness lately.
