Man that guy is as much a part of America as baseball and apple pie, or so it seems. I have enjoyed his an Art Garfunkle's music for virtually my entire life. My favorite Paul Simon song is Kodachrome here it is!

He's Universal. I like his songs, Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes and Puerto Rico. Of course, I remember 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover when I was a kid.

My favorite things by Paul (besides S&G music) are his movie "One Trick Pony" and the video for "You Can Call Me Al" with Chevy Chase.

As a vocalist I feel this recording is classic vocally and
one of his best recordings ever. It is just beautiful.

I would LOVE to sing this style. I can but it takes
specialized musicians I believe.

Boy could you feel the tention between them.

Great musician and composer.

He just makes me want to slap his hippyass for some reason.

Tough to go through life a red neck.

That said.
I sit in awe of THE SOUND OF SILENCE

He is fairly universal in his appeal.

Something I aspire to (but fail miserably at).

I don't know anyone who doesn't like at least one of his songs, & when they start thinking about him, they can usually come up with way more than just one.
