Oh my GOD I can so relate SP. Music is so important to me I just stay up later so I can get more done. We have 3 teenagers at home my wife works full time and so do I with overtime and I am playing in 2 bands right now. It is all about getting organized and being efficient with your time (I'm sure you know that though) I work with Engineers all day and have learned a lot from them about being organized.
Oh how I look foward to the days when I can just come home from work and play my guitar until bedtime!

I know how you feel SP our 3 teens have been driving me bonkers, I get up for work at 5:00am and they are still up. The older ones are smoking the left and right handed cigarettes. They won't stay at home they have girlfriend problems, caused one to punch a hole in the wall, I told him your going to learn how to fix sheetrock he said good then I can fix the other hole I punched in my room (sigh!) I took my youngest 16yr. old to the courthouse yesterday after work to get his court date set (disturbing the peace, fighting) that ticket is going to cost me $212.50 plus the surgeries and medical bills so far $80,000 (sigh!) does that make you feel any better LMAO! School starts in a couple of weeks down here and I can't wait! This has been one of the roughest summers I have had and I have already raised 2 boys that are now 28 and 30.
I had a pair of headphones I paid $200.00 for at GC in 1999 I rescently blew one of the drivers from repeatedly dropping them over the years! I went to the local Wal-mart (mullet and all) and picked up a pair of sony headphones for $20.00 I can't really tell much dif. these have an adaptor that has 1/4" to 1/8" so I can unplug from my mixer and plug into my MP3 and listen to music when I get sick of the teenager problems and find the Bottle! LOL

Life is very fast paced for me (and most people); between work, keeping up two houses, going to concerts and shows and spending time with the family there's not a lot of time left over. You have to be well-organized to get it all done.

I know this isn't the case, but it almost sounds like you have a couple of wives. LOL
That is interesting in of itself !

My son & grandson will be moving back in with us soon. On this level, I'm dreading it.
It'd be nice to see Jace everyday again, though. I miss the lil tykus!
