When you get a full band KEEP the clarity of your fine vocals and guitar playing in FRONT of the mix. I'd hate to hear your band muddy up the refreshing clarity of your music...

You don't need a band you and your guitar sound good as it is, just develop a solo act and market yourself at the most I’d add another guitar or bass player able to provide harmonies other than that you’re good to go.

Nice! Really solid guitar work and a strong formally trained baritone voice. Great tools for making music.
Suggestions:
Get the different parts of your songs to stand out more from each other. Add a bridge, or vocal harmonies on the chorus, or just a change in dynamics to keep things interesting. Maybe just a little hook instrument line to break things up.
I am not much of a songwriter but these are the elements that take a great song and make it a hit. Try it and see what you think.

Welcome.
Love the fact that I can understand your lyrics. Very strong right hand work. Good voice.
Yes, you need bridges in your works - something that too much modern stuff is lacking.
You DO need a band. Drums & bass & leads would add just the right touch to your songs. Just don't junk up the tunes too much, cuz they're good fairly stripped down.

Wow guys! I am blown away by your comments. This is a basement recording that a good friend helped me with to get some of my stuff on a cd to get some gigs. Pretty much one take on the vocals for both of these songs. The guitar was a little more as we recorded both songs all the way through on 2 tracks to get a more full sound behind the vocals. Planning on working some your suggestions into the songs. Thanks for your comments as they are very much appreciated.
