Many many thanks to all whom helped me try to alleviate my malady.

This my be a little embarrassing but All Firefox users need to know this if they don't already.

The whole freaking problem had to do with the "sandbox". Had my system locked up tighter than a frogs anus.

Kept noticing this little padlock on my firefox icon / shortcut.

Well I'll be dipped in crap and rolled in crackers.
Get out of the sandbox and everything works fine. Was able to get Adobe flash going in like three seconds.

Now to go back an try to find all the music I missed.

If you are a mozilla user, try greasemonkey to destroy yahoo and my space ads.

Best part is, if you are having issues with it for some reason, you can just turn it on and off like a light switch.
