I've felt very out of it the last few weeks. Working on new stuff, getting to grips with mastering, so I suppose a complete brain drain was on the cards

I usually do my rounds on MySpace but even on that dropped the ball.
Anyway, this is a semi music post as you can see

What are you up to and why?

I'm helping a friend work on his garage today, cuz there ain't no work.

I'm driving my wife to the airport tomorrow, & I'll have the house to myself for two weeks (YAY!).

Tomorrow nite I'll have an actual band practice for our gig on the 1st at the Morgan County Fair.

I'm going fishing in Paw Paw Thur.

I'll prolly hit the open mic on Fri.

Hoping for rain on Sat.

That's about it...

Sorry about the first line on that Phil. Same here where I am too. Not looking good around here lately at all. Things will turn around, of that I'm sure.....

I'm searching all the time, All bets are off as to where I'll have to go to get it too.Times have changed again. Margaret Thatcher once said (old UK Prime minister). "If you want work, get on your bike and find it". although a very unkind thing to say, it did mirror the times, just as they do for me here now again.

Working one or two days a week to be available for my sons whom are out of school for the summer. Trying to keep up two acres of yard in Cambodia with a worn out mower. And booking gigs as fast as I can.
Most everything I own needs maintenance. But it will have to wait till I'm working full time again. And searching for ways to make a living honestly.
The medical establishment are working feverishly to maintain unjust profits for the "man" irregardless of the determent to their employees and the patients.
There is a special place in hell for men like this. And I don't want to join them there out of my own complacency.
Besides, I have come to hate them in my own weakness.
I don't like the flavor of hate.

Ground out a new keys player/ now ex keys player. (thin skin)

Working on 2 fender amps, a Twin Reverb and a Super Six Reverb.

-Way too much money for 6l6's, no fender chassis straps large in most all of NJ unless you order them.

Dave has everything stocked that I need and the only problem is that he's in Whippany and wants to do it all to my amps, where I like to work on my own stuff.

And Chippy blew me off some weeks ago..one wonders why but the answer is probably "46".

Excuse me? I wrote to you some weeks ago, saying we could meet up the next week. I didn't hear back assumed you were busy, then saw your post about having a million coming out of the walls

I'm thinking most keys players are cyclonic demonic in some fashion hahahaha.

Should be fun ... we have a different guitar player and drummer on this tour. I've worked with the drummer before playing blues and funk but not reggie and have never worked with the guitar player ... but he's suppose to be smokin ... we'll see on Thursday at reheasal. We only get a 4hr rehearsal then play a 2hr show on Thursday ...

Damn, Prevost! You or somebody hasta tell me how I can record it since I'll be out that night!

It's so good to see that SOMEONE has their priorities in order!

Going to the country for a week. Going to chill with my grandparents on their farm by the tracks. I figured I could use the quiet, and maybe my mind would open up to write some cool songs. I've written some interesting things up there, plus, they're getting older and I need to enjoy them as much as I possibly can.
