General Music Chat

So my tinnitus woke me again tonight. It's nearly 3 AM. I turned on my tv, & there was an old Burt Lancaster western on. It takes place in the desert. Imagine my surprise when a frikken tree frog walked right up the screen of my flat-screen tv.

I gotta get that thing outta here. I remember when Dddonnie had one in his house for an entire winter. We'd be sitting there, having our weekly STICKS meeting, & suddenly that thing would shriek like a banshee for no apparent reason. It'd scare the hell out of ya.

I wonder how it got in...It hopped off to parts unknown as I got close...

You weren't wearing 3D glasses again were you?

Funny thing about Dddonnie's tree frog - at the end of that winter...in the middle of April...we were sitting at his table at STICKS one night, & the frog jumped up on the table, flipped us a peace sign with two of his tiny lil fingers, & hopped out the door. We were stunned, to say the least.

I'd seen pics of frogs doing that, but that was the first & only time I ever saw it in person.

Dddonnie has weird & strange stuff happen all the time. 'Nuther time he told me about 3 tiny little possums that were following his cat around like it was their mother. I laughed, but didn't believe him, really. Then one night one of them was peeking out from under a chair, & I was about to tease him about his funny fuzzy slippers when it MOVED! Scared the hell outta me!

I think he leaves his door open too much...
