Call Bets

Anybody ever heard of a call bet in Roulette?
I was talkin with a guy from Australia that said when they play
Roulette there they can call out a number, lets say 7, and say $10 with
neighbors and that means he has $10 on 7 and two numbers on either side of 7 which means $50 total. Not the neighbors on the board
but the neighbors on the wheel. Over there they play with a European wheel which only has one zero on it. The American wheel has 0&00.

I dunno squat about gambling...well...I used to be pretty good at strip poker, if the object was to be the first stripped!

Exactly why I don't / wont gamble.
I used to be pretty good poker player as long as the rules of Hoyle were applied. Got to where everywhere I played people wanted to make their own rules. Deuces wild and all that childish bullshit.
You can ether play poker or you cant.
I'd rather spend the money on a new amp ... hell thats gamble enough for me.

They only recently added table games at Charlestown...ut was ONLY slots. To my knowledge-no roulette. Sorry, Klugmo.

They are getting the most awful reviews I've ever seen
since they opened the casino.
minimum bets- too high
dealers = too slow
smoke= too much
security= not there
food= too much & sucks
parking = free
slots = too tight (tightest in Country)
drinks = melt before they get back
comps = worth nothing
slot techs = not there
employees = rude
entertainment = doesn't exist
hotels = very minimal
Can't see a reason to go there.
Atlantic City is just 3 hours away and has everything in abundance.

Gee..I haven't heard all those complaints. Maybe I should apply for work down there. I can be rude & incompetant as the next guy! Right about now I could really use an inside A/C'd job! It's BRUTAL out there, folks!

I think they have a special corse at Morgantown to get certified as a dealer. I believe they start at $45,000 & tips. & medical
