Musician Forum - Band Discussion Board - BandMix

I signed up for one month. Then the TWO posts I made got deleted - one looking for a bass player and another in the Musician Services section (where I was doing nothing more than, er, advertising a service :/ )

Now I find that my account has been charged monthy since that ONE TIME payment. Seeing that as I haven't even signed in to this place for months I think that's absolutely ridiculous.

First I get treated with utter contempt and have perfectly legitimate posts deleted, then I get shafted!

Well, you can bet that THIS thread will stay, cuz for some reason they always leave the whining & grumping threads.

You prolly had contact info in your posts that got erased. They tend to frown on that, since they charge for that service.

You can always cancel the payment, can't ya?

there's thousands of people on Bandmix who don't think this website is a disgrace. I guess maybe you need to try some other websites...

You signed up to be billed period. That's the only way that could have happened. You only get your posts deleted when you break the rules. I've never had a single problem from bandmix. So the only problems you had were from you not reading. Bandmix rocks.

Site doesnt suck,most the people do. nobody on here play the heavy stuff!!!

Dylan , please don't be so tough on us. None of us had the potential that you do and sometimes we do songs that are easy just to boost our self confidence.
Next song I do , I will keep you in mind. Just don't blast me if I can't cut it.

From what I've heard, most of the 'heavy stuff' is actually kinda lackluster exercises in chord hammerin' & growly crap without any real musical substance, but I suppose some ppl only have taste in their mouth...but it's NEW, so that prolly makes it good, eh?

Shoot Phil, just because you play good , don't mean you can go spoutin off big words I have to go look up. "whippersnapper" large fish usually caught in rivers near deep pools around the plant whippers.

I thought they were good for something. I just didn't realize what until you posted. It appears some of them have such a narrow pathetic shallow view of music.
