Just uploaded a new song called: “Changing Weather”. The reason for the title is because how it stands right now it’s probably like a weather channel/dentist office tune. I doubt Mike is going to want to touch this one, although some serious guitar disharmony might come out cool. Lol Capt this is the one I trashed the other night, then went back added drums and thought, “Well it’s not that bad”, just nothing real catchy. To anyone taking the time to listen to it, thanks and any idea what genre would be appropiate? I'm thinking jazz, its not really rock.

I take it this is something you are building on. It reminds
me of the Olympics for some reason. A lot of work ahead of you here.

Work in progress, eh? No, it isn't rock, & yes, it has some jazz influence in it.

It could also be pop, with the right lyric & vocals, if the keys dropped into the background after awhile.

I'm waiting for some trippin' on the keys, but it ain't happening. This could really use some nice, fast single note lead work in it on that there piano. The lil chording twiddlies at 2:41 or so aren't making it for me. They settle in after a bit, but they still feel awkward to me.

Keep building it, & get back to us.

Thanks guys, yeah it’s still under construction. It’s easy to make changes to the structure with just the piano. Some riffs in the background are a good idea. For this one I think they keys would be way in the background, just as an ambient backdrop for something else. What that would be I don’t know yet, to be honest I really don’t where I’m headed with it. I’ll give myself another day to figure it out. Thanks for your time.
