Cannot stop listening to this. It's on repeat for the last day and a half...

Sometimes, music just moves you. This moves me:

Good one. I especially liked how they came out of the bridge.

This is gud. There is just something about waltzes that just grab me. I can understand your enthusiasm.

That’s a great tune, love the sound. It conveys a lot of energy and has some great build ups, I like the really open guitars. A big problem with ballad type stuff is getting someone behind them, with the vocals and guitars.

What I like about this is the use of an acoustic guitar for that very reason.
I also like the drive and I could easily add a flute part to this. That is not the most important part but it is something I listen for.

Same tune but better..

The more commercial it is, the less appeal it has.

I like the Shinedown song as well. That's been in heavy rotation.

Not the same tune though.

Def not the same tune. You know, that's a great song. Staind's vocals just have a different flavor of the Eddie Vedder ripoff to me. Nowhere near as thick or gaudy (as say creed), but still cheesy. Still, that song is great. The violins make it gaudy too but still the song stands.

same feel to me.

Too much crap, neither is really the golden pie at the end of the rainbow.

Rather hear 1 good Creed song if I have to..

lol yeah basically all 3 of those bands suffer a similar fate imo.

To each their own.

The same except Shinedown's vocalist is so clearly head and shoulders above ALL the competition in his genre. He is a true powerhouse. The only reason he isn't in the top 10 most impressive vocalists of all time is his lack of great material. He has a few great songs but not a wall of them.... yet.
