Actually not that hard to get frogs to grow wings, just manipulate a few Hox genes. In fact, it's possible humans will someday have wings. Just don't crap on your neighbor's car.
I doubt if you'd want to spend the summer in Cancun; it's no place for a gringo from May to September.

I think I'm thrown off by the "When frogs grow wings, I will..." part. Frogs are unlikely to grow wings, so it seems defeatist, as if I am resigning myself to the inevitability that anything I put on the list WILL NEVER HAPPEN! That seems depressing.
I think it would be easier for me personally, if it started...
"If wishes always came true, I would..."
Maybe I am over analyzing this? LOL
But, you
are trying to say...
"These are things I will never be able to do, but if I could, I would..." right?
I don't know... (shrug)
But that kind of language usually is intended negatively.
As in....
"Hey Donna... would you be my date to the prom?"
"Uhh... yeah... WHEN PIGS FLY!!!"
