You'll never get any feedback out of it and it's kind of difficult to manipulate without the foot controller to adjust on the fly.

It is all but useless to me when I look up something. I don't care if it is in the UK, I am tired of trying to buy something in the USA and having to wade through a billion UK stores first.

I can't embrace anything that is so sound restrictive.

It certainly has a metal flavor, but you get used to it.

Make sure you update the bios to the current one and I believe you can still buy some upgrade/performance parts for this on eBay.

That's decent example above.

I generally prefer a stomp box because I can much more with it. On the convex I found this to be difficult to program to the Nth degree. I just didn't think it was very flexible for what it's supposed to be/do.

No, never met a tele I liked.

Only ever liked jap strats. Maybe I just never met a good tele.

And I have had flying v's, ibanez 24 fret with floyd rose garbage/ kahler trem, epiphone, gibson, prs, daisy (bwahhaaaaaa long story)...first act CRAP..etc.

1) has to sound right.
2) has to feel right.
3) has to reasonably stay in tune.

Doesn't sound hard right? wrong..plenty of crap once you know what good sounds like and feels like as you play it.
