Latest additions to the library:
Jeff Beck - "Emotion and Commotion" - 2010. The new recording by God's Guitarist features some stunning guitar work, especially his versions of "Over The Rainbow" and "Nessun Dormo" (from Puccini's "Turandot"). He features the vocals of Josh Stone, Olivia Safe and Imelda May on five of the ten tracks. Must have, five stars.
John Mclaughlin and the Fourth Dimension - "To The One" - 2010. I heard good things about this recording; that it was John's best work since The Mahavisnu Orchestra. But it's just the very competent, cutting-edge, modern jazz that he's been doing for the past 25+ years. Fans only. Three stars.
