That would be accurate.

Until yesterday, when I had to come back to the U.S. Volcano tried to stop me... failed. Damn you volcano!

I could have stayed real easy :)

What a great two weeks...

We did make it to Venice :-)

Flew out of Frankfurt-Hahn the second day I was in Europe.

Spent three days. Three of the best days of my life; of our lives.

The big news: Day #2: I proposed; she said 'yes'.

Thanks Philby :-)

Though, honestly, I didn't come home. I came back to the place where I work and where I own a house.

But home is where the heart is, and mine is firmly planted with a certain person still in Germany.

That will change soon... In the meantime, I take it day by day.

Niissse! Let me guess... on your knees under the moonlight at San Marco Piazza.

Congrats Bro!

Um. What's the plan, are you moving to Germany or she over here?

I can visualize you in lederhosen blowing an alpenhorn.

They are the best. I remember my grandfather, when we were in Munich, he would go to the bar and get drunk and come home and he would have those gummi bears in his pocket for us :)

Congratulations!!!! Welcome back even though your heart is elsewhere.
