Happy Earth Day!

40 years ago today I was at the first Earth Day picking up trash in the woods. Yeah, I'm a tree hugger, you wanna fight?

I estimate I could fill a small football field with the trash I've recycled. I was doing it long before it was fashionable or mandated by law.

Happy Earth Day Mother Nature, you don't look a day over 4.7 billion.

What's 200 million years between friends? :)

Seriously, I'm just glad you don't think it's 6000 like this:

I have been riding my bicycle to and from work about 3 weeks now. That's about 30 miles a day. Trying to get back in shape and do my part with cutting down emissions. I feel great. Check this out:

(in Chicago)

$3.50 a gallon for regular gas
$32.00 Daily for parking in a downtown garage
$4.00 for toll using the expressway.

As you can see im saving a 5h17L04d of money too.

Damn Santos. $$$$$$$
Plenty of room in Texas for another axe man.
I love the natural world.
Would have made a damn fine mountain man I think.
Rock music may have scared the griz off though.

Sans, I love camping and hiking. All through the winter I have been collecting new gear for the summer. I'm planning to do rafting this year in Wisconsin where you can canoe down Peshtigo river and camp out on the banks. I have never gone hunting, that is one thing I want to learn— to hunt with a compound bow or learn how to shoot a rifle.

If I lived a wee bit closer I'd gladly trade some firearms / still hunting knowledge for some of your monster guitar licks.
Best wishes with all your endeavors.
