Here's a behind the scenes clip of us in the studio.

Juan was tracking his Bass for my new song "From The Sky Down". It's a pretty long song (6-1/2 minutes). And we didn't do any scratch tracks. So he wanted us to guide him through the song, especially the Melodica and guitar solo sections. They hadn't been recorded yet, so we had to sing it through the mic in the control room straight into his ears.

Poor guy.. It was the last song of a long day, and we were all a little loopy and having fun with it.

Anyway.. It's fun to watch and get a good laugh. Not so easy to mimic instruments with your voice. So here you go.. Scratch vocals at their finest:

I've had to do this stuff before, & it always looks & sounds odd. Good studio work, if you can find it, though!

Thanks everyone. I'm sorry it seems like I just post and never follow up. But I am really busy with band stuff. We still have mixing, mastering, publishing, cover art, photo-shoot, pressing, shows, merchandise, all kinds of stuff to get to. It seems endless sometimes.

We're figuring about a month and a half for the cd. As soon as I have permission from the band to put anything up here I'll be right on it.
