Phil are you sure about #9? I found this for "Indiana Wants Me":
Indiana wants me (this is the police, you are surrounded)
Lord, I can't go back there (give yourself up)
Indiana wants me (this is the police, give yourself up)
Lord, I can't go back there (you are surrounded)
Oh it wasn't Terry Jacks, it was Taylor R. Dean. Terry Jacks did "Seasons in the Sun". Garf.
edit: sorry Phil, I didn't see your response

4) "Carry the bloody baggage out."
5) "Where's that confounded bridge?"

Indiana Wants me and Mama Don't Dance are the only ones I knew!
A couple of my favorite spoken lyrics are
"Is she really going out with him?"- Leader Of The Pack
"Life is a game, Fly a paper plane, there is no end"-from that old Thunderclap Newman song

I like the ones that precede/introduce a guitar solo...
"Did somebody say keep on rocking"?

"Indians scattered on dawn's highway bleeding, Ghosts crowd the young child's fragile eggshell mind."

That reminded me of talking before the song, the one that comes to mind is the count"1234..1234!" preceding The Beatles' "Taxman".

Ah...does anyone remember The Monkees bit about "Peter Patterson's Pet Pig Named Porky?" I love that one, & I can still recite it word for word, I'll wager, complete with the popping P's!!!!
