We got our shoot completed around 2200 hrs last night.
The final shots were done on top of the tallest building in Kilgore.
An 8 story sky scraper!

The sun was just setting on a clear nights sky. We got a real nice reddish glow behind us.

Well over 100 shots taken in multiple settings. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He set everything up took everything down though we helped him haul it around.
He dashes here and there with his light / F stop meter like a crazed weasel on a mission.

Can't wait to get the pictures. He did a mix of digital and film.
His old school camera was bigger than my wife and I's first TV set.

As a side note: We're also booked to record again on 04/17/2010.

8 frikken hours? I KNOW I couldn't smile that long. My face would fall off if I tried...

No smiles on camera !!

That was the hardest part though with six smart asses in attendance.
It was a long day. But a lot of fun. Got cold up on that windy roof top too.
May have to photo shop out the nippage. LOL

Can't wait to see 'em. I've actually been hunting down "props" for a photo shoot of my own (my sister handles that end for me).

Joe ... we went up into the control room of a local auditorium to start our shoot. Was ratty as hell. Ceiling tiles half fallen off, worn painted floor. Looked like crap warmed. I've not seen the full result yet. But the previews made a impression.

Good, promo shots are a necessity for a working band, but it also is great for the band members. Helps solidify your image, and everyone feels a part of something that they can be that much more proud of!

Gee, no pictures yet.
Family and I going on vacation Wednesday morning.
Combo spring break / 28th wedding anniversary.
Perhaps they will be ready when we get back.
