Posted: Thu Mar 11, 2010 2:03 pmIve been in Gatlinburg Tn this week with my kids for SPring Break and Ive found that I have an addiction for fudge. It doesnt help that every 100 feet down the main Parkway there is a fudge shoppe.

I would gain about 50 lbs if I was there. I have absolutely "0" resistance to good fudge. Or chocolate in any form, for that matter. Or sweets. I even eat sweets I don't like in a pinch.
Now I want fudge.

We ate at The Pedaler, I think thats how its spelled? They come around with the steak and cut it to size right in front of you.
The fudge thing became a joke walking around. Everytime I would pass one of those places I would say fudge and my daughter would say be a man and just walk on by. So it became a joke. I would have a slice of fudge every day I was there. I got to get back into my diet!
