My daughter just reported to me that Soundgarden is rumoured to be reforming and possible playing at Lollapalooza this year. Good thing Chicago's just leap and a step from Detroit.

Yes I heard about that too. I am definitely going. The funny thing is, Soundgarden and Lady Gaga is on the same headline for Palooza. I think it's a strange mix. Maybe we can do an open jam when you get into town. I know a lot of places.

I liked Soundgarden but, the live shows are really lacking at times.
Have you seen some of the live MAILMAN/4th of JULY clips on YouTube?
UGGHHHH, why do they do that to themselves.

I pretty much have to go, I promised to take my daughter to see them years ago and then they broke up. I took her to see Audioslave but she still reminds me that I owe her Soundgarden.

The drummer joined Pearl Jam years ago, I wonder what they're planning for that?

I was supposed to see them with Skid Row in Memphis years ago when they were promoting Bad Motorfinger.
Something came up at the last minute and I didnt go, wish I had now. I would like to see them no matter how bad the performance. I recently saw an acoustic version of Black Hole Sun that Cornell did, I thought it was awesome. Plan on adding it to my acoustic show. Ive been doing Say Hello To Heaven, these songs really stretch me vocally, but he is one of my idols. I think he was the 90s Plant!
