At 2 am ?
Wife made me go to the doctor today to get back on my med.
No not anti-psychotic, I am quite at home in my psychosis thanks.
The office visit cost me $80.00
But the MD who knows me and my family, knowing I have no insurance and pay in greenbacks. He cut me some slack on lab and such. Gave me some samples of my thyroid dope and wrote me a script.
An honorable and kind man.
Damn few of those left.

Just want to live till were done at the studio Saturday. 8)

Probably just stress. Make sure you're sleeping enough and take a men's +50 vitamin everyday. Thyroid medicine is cheap thankfully so do get that.

It's a muscle after all said and done. I get pains from time to time, nothing bad but there are some moments when I think................ I've learned to breathe properly now which sees that off. I had a really bad time some years ago when they couldn't find a single thing wrong with me.

Hope you feel better soon and less stress = more life.
Keep well Sans.

Check out blood type diets. It's really important to eat foods compatible with your blood type. Mine is type A and I eat lots of salmon and sardines and little or no dairy products. Being in the health profession I'm sure you've run across this diet info before. It has really worked very well for me, I think it saved my life actually. Hope you feel better and for crying out loud you don't need to worry about the studio. You guys are ready for it.

Do any lifting of heavy things lately? I wound up in the ER once because I thought I was having "the big one". Turned out I had some muscles that were cramping up because of a lot of work I had done a day or two prior.

In any case, I'm praying for you and yours. Oh, and don't listen to Craig about the red-meat thing. What's the point of living if you can't eat a fat juicy steak? hmmmmmmm?

:)

Or conversely I could cook you a knock your socks off Indian Curry with some succulent meat but imbued with ancient spice mystery that will cure most of you ills. :D

Take your pick.
Choose steak or Curry?

Hmmmm difficult choice isn't it?
Ok steak wins but you are missing out! :D

Could have been so many things causing that pain in chest. Gas, Heart Burn, Pulled Muscle, Scar on Lung From Chest Cold Or Pneumonia, Rib Injury. Dont over react, you didn't say anything about pain in arm or breaking out in sweat or dizzy. Dont self diagnose.

Thanks for the well wishes.
I've not been sleeping well, and the job has been pretty stressful of late.
Heavy lifting is a big part of my job being one of the few men on the unit.
I consider myself in pretty poor condition but in comparison to most men my age I'm in good condition. My diet has not been good either due to my schedule. Most days I may go 12 -14 hours without eating. I know better, and I will do better.
I feel like it's all thyroid related. So does the Doc.
Started taking my med as soon as I walked out his door.
The day off was restful.
I'll be ready for Saturday for sure.

Thanks again.

Oh, and I know it was not gas. My wife would have pointed that out pretty quick.
