This is EXACTLY what I plan on doing soon... Making some cheap videos, but try and make them resemble a professional one, with a story-board type plan throughout, using whatever is available to make it interesting, and you know... hopefully take away the guess-work for some A&R guy somewhere... "Yeah, I could see that on MTV" ok, well... "VH1"
Maybe generate some buzz with it.
She did a GREAT job, and the props and friends helping her out are awesome, and the story line throughout the video, and her personality just bursts out of from it!

She's cute, she's young, she has that almost slapstick whimsical Monkees approach to her vids, &, best yet, she can carry a tune without a bad attitude or looking like trailer trash. Yep. Not too shabby.

We've got a local guy in the K.C. area who is one of the best singer-songwriters around. His name is Jerry Dowell and he just put out a Youtube video on his song Isabella, it's pretty cool. (Sorry I don't know how to put the link on here

Eh...she's country & she's new...two of my weakest areas...
I just discovered Spoon & The Arcade Fire...I'm a lil behind the musical times, lately, but I refuse to listen to the radio. I only check out stuff that friends tell me about.
