"Don't Let Me Down" also stars Tim McGraw, Leighton Meester and Garrett Hedlund.

According to a news release from the Tennessee Film, Entertainment and Music Commission, preproduction began in November and principal photography is expected to last through early March. Post-production will continue through April 1.

I assume she'll be singing herself, cause...
SHE ACTUALLY HAS A DECENT VOICE!

You've probably seen this Duet with Gweneth Paltrow & Huey Lewis
Singin the tune: "Cruisin" from the movie "Duets"

I know.

I was thinking the same thing, when I found THIS news release, RIGHT AFTER poting about "Crazy Heart" the Jeff Bridges movie coming out today.

LOL

I heard the Jeff Bridges one was really good though.

But yeah, same year? Both, washed up country singers?

What I like about the Jeff Bridges one though, is that it "looks" like he gets back on top again, toward the end I guess? And that is always good, to put in the public's mind for us "old timers" - That you can still make it. You can still be relevant.

But do I have to go Country to do it?

:?

Country is a lagitamate segment of music and is not a place where washed up people go. You may not like it or play it and you shouldn't put it down. It is what it is just like the music you play. I said nothing against electric music as you call it. As one of very few Country music writers here, I kind of resent the charge made here that Country is a place for washed up players. I am just defending my genre as you should yours. Country music has deep roots that extend back before electric instruments were invented. We should respect each others efforts here and encourage all genres. I dont like what Yoko Ono does but would defend her right to do it.

I'd love to play in any kick ass country band out there . I think if you gave some of it a try you might find it would surprize those music funny bones. Good music is just good ! Weather its punk, blues, rock , or country. Music is one thing that can satisfy everybody's taste in one way or another.

And its another day in Paradise !!!!

Why do people point fingers of steel and justice?
Not a bad tune at all so what's the problem?
