Rock and Roll Neck

Did you know that Rick James’s 1998 stroke was blamed in part on ‘Rock and Roll Neck’, or lasting damage from too much headbanging. Not only did I not know chronic headbanging was a legitimate injury, but also that it could cause a stroke. Crazy!
