Yeah, Simon Cowel is going to FOX, that, what was it? Oh yeah.. That "stupid" network. Well, that was Fox News, right?

LOL :-)

You'll probably see Lou Dobbs at FOX next.

They already got Glenn Beck, who was one of the few ratings grabbers at CNN, and his ratings have only gone up, since the move.

There are rumours that FOX is pursuing Nancy Grace as well.

I couldn't stand Idol from day one. I shouldn't have to explain my reasons for not liking it at all. I'm a blue collar musician. I've worked my ass off in the music business for almost thirty years. I don't have any delusions of grandeur. I enjoy spilling my musical guts out to a small, but enthsiastic crowd of blue collar people just like me. Maybe a few of the Idol contestants have some decent voices, but have they put in the kind of hard work that I or many of you have done? I doubt it. I'd rather put smiles on the faces of hard working real people like myself than watch a show about glorified karaoke singers...

Um....Craig? Idol's already on Fox. All he's doing is starting up his new show on the same network.

I saw an interview with him where he said that he preferred working & struggling to be famous better than actually being famous. So he's quitting the show & starting up another one to further challenge himself.

I like that guy.

Whenever we play at some dive somewhere and get asked to come back for more I win. I've been winning my whole music career.

If American Idol never comes on again I will not miss it. However for those of us who are in the production business, there are technical reasons to check it out. I spend the whole show looking at camera angles, whats the band doing and using ect ect...

It drives my wife nuts.

The whole world needs that attitude. I feel the same way every time I get comments like..
Why aren't you famous?
or...
what are you doing working here? (I got that when my videos were circulating through the advance auto parts call center)
