The Boise State Broncos just won their second Fiesta Bowl in four years. You got to admire a team that has the guts to run a fake punt from their own 30 yard line with about seven minutes left in the game and then goes on to score the winning touchdown. Boise State is my favorite college football team. Not that long ago they weren't even a Division 1 football program. I'll bet ALabama and Texas are glad they are not playing them for the national championship, or TCU for that matter. I call Boise State Downfield U, they had the best won-loss record this past decade...

One of the TCU defensive players players said, "Were gonna have our way with him" - refering to B.S.U. quarterback Kellen Moore.

They only time they really touched him was when hughs jumped offsides, and pushed Moore down.
If youre playing boise state, and they are already slotted as 'underdogs', its probably best not to give them bulletin boaard material for motivation.

Boise State might well be the best coached team in college football. They certainly don't have the recruiting draw for studs like Texas, Florida, Alabama, Notre Dame, etc. What they lack in athleticism they make up for with smart playing. It's been proven many times you cannot outsmart them. Just ask Oregon and TCU...

They implemented an entire new defensive scheme in the time they had to prepare, just for TCU.
Well, not technically entirely new, but close enough.

Oh yah, and Oregon, Lagarrret Blount - "We owe that team an ass whipin"
Ooops again.

Thats what got Blount to punch one of ours in the jaw.
He walked up to Blount as the players were leaving the field and said "Hell of an ass whipin". (among other remarks)
