It's so damn frigid we should all crank up our amps and thus create Band Made Global Warming. Screw Al Gore...

I am Stompin Bro! I am 6' tall and I weigh between 195 and 200lb with a shoe size 13. I exhale all the carbon dioxide I possibly can especially when I am smokin weed
I burn as much wood as I can when I am cooking meat on the smoker and as far as I am concerned Al Gore can KISS MY BIG TEXAS ASS! because HIS LIE IS DEAD

I know it's another 'beating the dead horse' topic, but regardless of the "messenger" (al gore), I watched that movie Inconvenient Truth, and it was rather shocking, but what do I know ...

So I went onto a political forum (HC) and asked anyone to dispute any facts presented in that movie...

After several days and 100+ posts insulting al gore, I didn't see a single fact disputed. Not one.

I'm all ears if anyone here cares to take that challenge.

Forget the messenger, let's talk about the message

I'm going to hook up a wood burning stove to my B3 to power it.
I'll turn the damper down reall low so it will be "SMOKIN" :D That should increase my carbon foot print by 100 fold

Dispute any "facts"? If you worded it that way on the forum, why would anybody bother trying to debate you. I wouldn't. The word "facts" seems to suggest your mind is made up.

You can interpret data almost any way you want to. I don't dispute that the Earth has heated up lately. But did man cause that to happen? When the Scandinavians (Vikings) first settled in Greenland hundreds of years ago they were farming there. Fifty years later it was too cold to farm there and the settlements disappeared. There's been many historical periods when the Earth heated and cooled, long before man was thought to possibly impact the heating (or cooling) of the planet. There was serious talk in the 1970's of man creating an impending ice age. How come there are more tornadoes reported today than say in the 1930's? Could it be therre are many more people spread over the USA today AND we track storms with radar? Could it be also that we issue tornado warnings when radar indicates rotation of a thunderstorm, whether there's a tornado or not? Fact is there probably isn't more tornadoes than there used to be. What happened to the dire prediction of a huge number of hurricanes the past few years? Did ANY hurricane hit mainland USA this year? When we are all FREEZING our collective butts off (like now) a few years from now, will man have caused global cooling?
If there's ONE massive volcanic eruption then we could have snow in the Summer, similar to what happened in the early 1800's. And how much has the ocean's risen in the last ten years? I thought with the icecaps melting (Antarctic ice has actually INCREASED recently) wouldn't the oceans have risen more than they have? And have they risen at all? Just pretend this is Dragnet, just the facts m'aam...
