I also happen to drive a silver Protege5, but it's definitely not as BAMF as that one. That's awesome.

REALY COOL ,Paul.
Let me ask you. My 21 year old daughter just blew the engine in her 6 year old jetta. Would you wrap the whole engine to put under the Christmas tree or would you take it apart piston by piston and keep the suspense going to find out if the block [out in the garage] was included?

Haha! Now that's a good one! Take a pic of the engine and put it in a big box!

From the back with the hatch open, Mama's new ride looks like a P.A. System on wheels! ( Has the makin's of a new loop tour bus!) :D

Cool car Paul. Being from Detroit, I have a love/hate relationship with cars. Mostly I just use them, abuse them and lose them.

Was a day when I spent hours under the hood. Detailed my ride every Saturday morning (if I wasnt working). I knew all the "hotrod" lingo back in the days of Holley and Eldibrock.
Now the only ZOOM I have is my recorder and how fast this car stuff goes over my head.

Does look and sound like a trick ride though.

Will she let you drive it ???

lol! I drove it back from Ohio, to get it inspected, and every time the 4 of us go anywhere. that's good enough for me!

I just put mine over the 100K mark this month. I was pretty proud of myself for doing so. They're quite the amazing little car.
