I did some recording the other night. I brought my cd of the songs in and put it in my computor. I loaded it in windows media player and ripped it. I was going to load some songs on here, but I cant find it to load it. How do I get into my media player and extract files. I guess I havent had enough sleep the past few weeks cause Ive loaded music before, but Im having one of those blonde moments.

Thanks

ON the top of this page go to " my account"-->"manage audio and video"-->"manage your current files"-->"upload new file"

This must do the job.

Cheers!

EDIT: Ops! I realize now. You cannot find it in your computer? What OS are you using? XP? Make a search for the song names , if you named it after the ripping. Otherwise it will show like "extract from cd" or something like that. Dont you have the CD in hands?

I'll have to make some assumptions to help but if it's confusing just let me know and we'll try again.

If you've got the Windows Media Player running and it shows on the "Now Playing" tab there should be a little triangle showing that you can drop down a menu. Whne you hover the mouse over this it will say "Click to access options".

Click it and run your mouse down to "More Options"

This opens the Options Window.

Click on the "Rip Music" tab.

This will show you where RIP'd music is stored - look for the "RIP music to this location".

find that directory in wINDOWS eXPLORER and that's where your music files will be.

Hope that helps...
