I was asked to play the drumstick dash. It's a 5k run walk. I'll be on a corner downtown Roanoke looping with thousands of folks walking and running by and and many other folks will be spectating.

It benefits the rescue mission.

Well, then perhaps the mission won't be the only thing to benefit!

Enjoy it. Pass out your number to everyone. Get more gigs what pay stuff.

Have fun doing this one. I hope it doesn't rain or get too cold for you to work your magics.

looks great, Neanderpaul. Have a blast and wear a sweater with your overalls. Charitable works pay off for everyone, especially the children. I suspect this will go to food and shelter to many people. Good job Neander. Enjoy.

Paul,

It this the 26th?

Couldn't find the date from their main site, and had to click some links to get to a date.... unless I missed it. If not, you may want to tell them they should put the date front and center on the site. They have the time listed on that page, but not the date (that I saw)

Anyway...

This was one of the first posts I was looking for when I was catching up. Didn't know if it had been this weekend or not, and was excited to find out how things went.

Are you gonna do pics and vid for this? (hint ;-))

.
