Is there a way to use a click track or metronome when recording with Audacity? Any help is appreciated..

Sure.
Gin into "Generate" drop-down menu from the top, and choose "click track" and set your parameters.

At the top of this page there is a search icon. If you will search the word Audacity there is a pretty indepth tutorial posted under the title "Audacity"
Look down the list of posts that come up with this search, it's not far down.
This may be of some benefit to you.

Hi Sans.
No idea? Just copied and pasted it. I do have problems on Ubuntu when copying sometimes which results in that however...
