Some reality for y'all...

Oooh, that thread title sounds nasty, don't it?

There's lots of strange things I hear about the swine flu, & this just kinda puts it all into a better perspective. It isn't the end-all-be-all 4th horseman plaguish kinda stuff that some ppl would have us believe.

All 3 of my kids that live at home had it. Starting about 2 months ago it went from one to the other right down the line we just got the results confirmed from test back about 2 weeks ago each one was sick for about 3 days. WWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY over rated IMO! :wink:

This fat guy at the bar was sick and being a jackass, so someone asked him if he had "Swine Flu", but that's as close as I have come to it.

This is probably what is running through my family as we speak.
But we will never know for sure as we wont go to the Doctor and waste money for him to tell us we are sick. YA THINK DUUUU

SEVENTY DOLLARS A HEAD?!?!?!?!?!?!?

My GOODNESS, sans! You'd think that a goodly part of the cost would be a perk for being in the health care biz! That WAY worse than what I have, which costs me $30 copay for each visit. I never realized how much you guys get ripped off. That really sucks a lot, man!

I work as a PRN nurse by choice. I also carry no insurance on myself by choice.
I still spend a lot less than the $250 a month my wife spends on her insurance. :wink:

Won't drink kool aid Sans,,,,,, NY just put another tax on drinks that are or can be sweetened with real sugar.
