This is some of the most ridiculous crap I ever heard.

By the same rights, shouldn't it be illegal then, to go amongst others if you have a cold or fever? When are they going to start shipping HIV patients off to Leper Island? Maybe smoking will be allowed there.

Thank God they still allow smoking in a few private clubs in the K.C. area, otherwise I'd have no place to gig....

The next thing you know someone is going to complain about their neighbors smoking in the backyard "and the smoke is traveling down the street 4 houses and I shouldn't have to smell it". B#llSh!t. I don't smoke anymore and I don't smoke anyless either LOL!

No really I quite in 1986 but I swore I wouldn't complain about other peoples smoking and I don't. My wife smokes and it don't bother me one bit. I don't see a problem with smoking as long as your smoking a left handed cig.

I was at the Laundrette at 5:00 am. A woman came out and asked. "What's coming in here then? Could you stand the other side of the door?"

She could have closed the door of course, and but of course that would be just too much trouble wouldn't it...
As regards how far they can take it? as far as they need too whilst trucks spew black smoke.

WOW!! That's pretty ridiculous!! When I used to smoke, I usually went out on the patio/balcony of the apartments that I lived at, but if I wanted to light up inside I did. I wonder if they are going to outlaw walking around naked in your own apartment...
