Chimps have evolved more than humans?

The oldest hominid fossil seems to suggest that chimps have evolved more in the past 7 million years than we have.

It was recently observed in the wild of Africa a group of chimps who have learned to fashion spears and throw them at their prey. Pretty soon we'll have to fear them more than Al Qaeda
