This is the band I hang out with. We played Moondance, Locomotive Breath, Can't You See and a very interesting jazz original.

And you got top billing, Mary. Was that a "ladies first" thing, or that you are the best of the bunch?

These are a fun bunch guys. I am not a "real" member...I just get to sit in with them from time to time. BUT, one night Steve...the guy with the beard and hat, just reached into the tip jar and handed me a whole bunch of bills as my husband and I were leaving. It totaled out to be $40.00. This bar/restarant was a train depot also. People would come in and hang out in the bar while we played until the connecting train came in. I will be playing with them next Thursday in Costa Mesa and Hope to have some music to upload after that. Yes, Philby, you are such a nagger

Jeff, they treat me like I am the best of the bunch. They tell me what they're playing and even if I don't know the song, they'll tell me the key and I'm fine. Actually, they don't have to tell me the key...I can figure it out by the time it is my turn to jam. They tell me I add class to the group...can't beat that kind of respect.

I agree! They look like a blast to hang out with! Theres nothing like mutual respect from band members. Thats really hard to find these days! Cant wait to hear more music from ya Mrs Mary!!

Sounds like what anyone would look for that didn't have it. That is really cool. Kudos to you.
