Does anyone use Broadtexter? How do you like it? I'm considering using it for our band...just wanted to make sure there isn't a "catch" before I commit to it.
btw: My name is Lisa. I'm a singer. Been on Bandmix for months. First time posting.
Thanks!

Hey, Lisa. Since you've been on Bandmix awhile, I'll just say, "Welcome to the forum." Haven't heard of Bandtexter before, may have to check it out. Put some of your band's music up. We need to hear a little alternative on here.

Hey Janelle. Welcome to Bandmix.
The Forum is a great place to share music and ideas.
It is not the best for building bands.
The search function works, but requiers lots of work and patience.
Mano a mano networking is the way to go. Get out to the venues, the music stores, local college music departments, open mic's and such.
Put some samples of your work up on your profile, and on a CD for others to hear. Thats your hook and calling card.
Best of luck.
