It's like they're 2 completely different bands, yet nearly all their material wows me, either musically, lyrically, or both.

Phillby,I really like them...they remind me of a celtic band I jam in ocasiionally. This reminds me that I haven't been to the jams in a while...should give them a call. They have a Celtic jam on Sundays and the same band plays a rock venue on Fridays.

My wife heard the live broadcast of Crazy Train last year, & bugged me about 'em until I looked them up. I thought their original stuff, which was all I could find at the time, was rather emo-ish. I like it though.

Finally found the CT tune yesterday, & OMG was I surprized at their musicianship.

I just wanna shake the hand of the mandolin player to see if some of that magic will rub off.


Rat - that band reminds me of Hayseed Dixie. Have you heard of them?
