The Eagles without Felder...Meh

I'm a huge Joe/James Gang guy, but Felder's solos on "One of These Nights" "Hotel California", and "I Can't Tell You Why" are just 3 examples of why I can't take The Eagles seriously, even as an oldies act without him

I agree Dajax, even tho that new guy pretty much play's things note for note I have a problem excepting him. However that last album was really good just lacking in the solo area without Don Felder. What happened? I had heard that he could not take Joe Walshes drinking problem and gave an ultimatum to the rest of the band (its a him or me type thing) but this is a rumor as far as I know.

Half the solo on "Hotel California" is Joe, but it's funny you bring this up. I was listening to "One of These Nights" the other day and thought how great they were even before Joe. You can tell that the song "One of These Nights" was an homage (or a jab) at the BeeGees.
