I found his performance - I think he was the monotone button pusher. Would have been a nice touch if the button actually lit up tho. But the name NegativeM with a plus sign is probably the selling point. I think it's something that only those with really high-IQs will fully appreciate - maybe it's a statement that button pushing is vanity and requires goggles.

Oh really, lets hear it... I was a promoter/producer/consultant in Japan from 1979 to 1992. I still have lots of contacts over there.

Do you really think I care.

How rude, Well then, based on that remark, You sir are a liar

So, you "found" a video I've had on my profile all along? Damn, Sherlock, you're SOME detective!

That was hardly demonstrative of anything.

Well, the recording quality was pretty bad, so it's hard to tell, really. But what I could hear was pretty awful.

I like a good profile pic myself. I mean, what if the person has 4 ears and 3 mouths. How much could that guy do for your band?
I never get to meet the really great ones.

Are you kidding me?? I know that we'd pack the joint if we advertised that a band member had 4 ears and 3 mouths! Do you realize how many agents would be knocking your doors down? I WANT THIS FREAK OF NATURE IN MY BAND NOW! :x

Wow, just read all 7 pages. That was fun....

I just started my profile and I guess I am one that pisses you off. truth is it bugs me to not have something recorded in my profile. I just got back into the game after many years away (not giving the sob story)... and I am amazed at what is available. I have collected gear to get it done over the last few months, just bought a new guitar and fx box to play with this week...

Music is a hobby to me. If it goes further than that cool. I enjoy playing and singing. I have written many pieces on the acoustic, some I tossed out, some I still tinker with. I have gigged much more playing bass than guitar (singing bass players get work easy).

I have another hobby that is very expensive, I collect 5th scale remote control vehicles, most are from Germany. I bought a guitar pedal from a forum member (traded some auto detailing for it) and I'll credit my interest in music came back after meeting him. We don't jam because our tastes are so far apart, but we are now good friends.

I hit the Long and Mcquade store recently to buy some gear, and was really amazed how cheap stuff is now... I went to put stuff on my account and they noticed my account had been inactive since 1989, yet I had spent so much back then it was a given they reopened it for me... now 5 trips to the store and waiting for 2 things I had to order in later... I need to find some people to jam with.

I live in a co op, was vp on the board. the grievance guy I found was a guitar player and the maintenance guy was a drummer. so we started jamming a bit. 6 weeks later, well we learned our goals are much different, so I went looking for want adds and such, and google found this place... so I signed up.

I have managed to connect with someone allready via email, so it's not bad. And another phone call (thanks to the person that posted a way to get around the contacting ;) )

I'll get a recording on my profile shortly. I have Mixcraft installed, Beatcraft to lay a basic drum track (I seriously hate programming drums about as much as vacuuming a car), got a voice live touch for usb in, and yesterday bought a fender strat and a zoom gu1 with usb...

I am not sure I want to post my original stuff, as I haven't copyrighted anything yet, so will probably just do some cover stuff with my own touch. I still don't have my roland midi setup (ordered) but can lay down a couple guitar and bass tracks with vocals. not to appease others but to give me some piece of mind (Boston mmmm I miss you Brad Delp R.I.P. to one of my heros)

I don't know. I found it both instructive and revealing. No judgement here. MN simply lives in a very different avant-garde world than you or I.

If you were instructed like that.
You wouldn't be able to play with yourself
let alone a guitar.

No no, "instructive" as in conveys information and enlightens us as to who MN is, and what his "music" is all about.

I don't know how you could feel enlightened after that.

Naw. Your thought did not cause others to have the ones they discussed.
Free will you know. I do believe that a group of people in a room discussing something never treat each other as shabbily as I see folks treating each other on-line. It's just to easy to be mean when you are not looking right at the person talking to them.

By the way Klugmo.... I listened to the song you posted on your page. Nice vocals. Wouldn't mind jammin with you some time, if your ever in Michigan, or if we get down to Virginia.

I did have 16 songs on profile. I pulled them to
re=record them. That song is an old one I threw
up because I cant bitch about other people
not having stuff up if I don't. As new stuff is
recorded I will post.
