Okay, I checked out two of your tunes. Are these "backing tracks" that are awaiting vocals, hooks, or a melody instrument to be added at a later time? Personally I like to hear more "development" and I like things that "evolve" and "keep moving forward". As is there's really not enough there to maintain my interest. )-;
Maybe that's something you might want to address in the future to maintain listeners interest.

Were these recorded quite some time ago? I ask because they have a very "dated" feel and poor recorded sound to them. To my ears your recording levels are way too low and there's too much compression. The drums and cymbal sounds from that drum machine are very trashy sounding and distracting. All this makes it sound amateurish. (Again, that's just MY opinion. I mean no disrespect!)

I'm very much into Jazz so I was curious to hear your song "Coltrane Dream" and you peaked my curiosity with your "Monk" references. But I was disappointed because I was expecting something "Monkish" but maybe you aren't referring to Thelonius Monk?

I don't believe Monk or Coltrane ever played instrumental pop music on a keyboard workstation with a drum machine! (-: If you're not referencing T. Monk, my apologies! (-:

I only asked because that's what they sound like. No melodies. No hooks. No development. Nothing to hold the listeners attention. It sounds like music you hear in an elevator, a supermarket, or on the phone while waiting on hold!
