Can't see anything in your screen capture, Dane. The only way to tell what it does is to post 'before' and 'after' mixes.
"Presets" means you don't adjust anything, you just throw the tracks into the software and it does whatever it does.

You better look at the evidence, because you are wrong. We gave advice, he ignored it, started boasting and then insulting and has yet to post any music worth listening too. The "Jasir studio" he's been promoting (I'm sure he's the "jeff' he keeps referring to) is a private house and the Jasir website shows a guy who transfers VHS tapes to DVD (geez, anyone can do that with a $50 dubbing deck, I have one!)

Court Jester while recording with a microphone had the sliders peaked out and it was still low volume on playback, it's on soundcloud right now, I can upload the wav file that has been enhanced by WavePad and it sounds a thousand fold better.. wow.. now I will have to delete everything and get "remastered" wav files back up..t

Mike, I apologize for ever defending that person.

I should have paid more attention to the context before accusing you of being unfair with mr cookie here.

Mike, you said nyou used a dozen vocoders? ..are you using the free plug-in types?like at bassgorilla? or is the local music store loaning them out to you..? damn Mike, your vocal is really enhanced sounding.. what other vocal FX are you using?

Sorry, that was a mistype, now corrected. I used two different vocoders, both free plug-ins. I have one vocoder inserted directly onto each of 2 different vocal tracks, and each one is panned 3/4 left or right. Then I took both of those tracks and sent them (pre-vocoder) to a separate bus track and put the other vocoder on it, and also had to EQ that one because there was a nasty ring frequency happening.
Besides that, the main vocal has the 'Ozzifier' plug-in on it, set at 3 voices, with just a little timing/frequency offset, and then that is sent to 2 delay busses (this is the Abbey Road delay trick), each panned full left or right, one at 1/4 beat delay, the other at 1/8 beat, with a narrrow band EQ (lows and highs cut off as well as a mid-notch - another Abbey Road trick) on them.

EZDrummer 2 - has some nice features compared to EZD1. I also do a lot of MIDI re-writing of the drum tracks after setting them, and do changes and fills so that it doesn't have the same continous beat pattern all the time.

Well the only way to see what it does is to compare. I listened to Court Jester, and I can tell you its pretty 'hissy'. That noise would be in the original recording, but when the volume is boosted by the s/w, it becomes more noticeable.
I'd be checking to see where the noise is coming from - what level are you recording at? Tracking at -18 to -12dBfs is good for digital recording, but if you've got a high noise floor with your equipment, you'd need to track louder (but it sounds like a noisy mic preamp turned up too high to me).

Stillwell plug-ins? for the ozzifier? somebody at the reaper forum gave a 7 second clip and it sounded like metal hitting metal in a hammer blow fashion? damn, I guess I will go to Stillwell site and look around..I need to dress up my vocals, I ain't a singer but since I am having no luck finding a singer..and I have a couple tunes with me singing and sounding like sh*t..

GuitarMike, I cleaned it up quite a bit I think, I uploaded Court Jester (remix) onto soundcloud, I inceased the volume at same speaker volume setting by expanding the waveform envelope, which to my understanding can not be done with Ableton LIVE 9 LITE edition, also used the noise reduction feature a noise gate AUTO SPECTRAL SUBTRACTION, I think you will find most of the hiss is gone, and also used auto-trim at the end when I messed up the parameters by a couple seconds when I exported the audio.. listen to Court Jester (REMIX) and see if you can hear the difference..? I will delete the older one once I have heard back from you..tnx
