General Music Chat

I kind of took the Clapton route. I started with a Les Paul copy, then got a Strat. I added a Gibson Les Paul Studio, but the "baseball bat neck" killed my hand. I wanted the two different sounds available to me, but the discomfort the LP caused and the fact that I wasn't leaning toward the LP for much of anything tonally anymore, made me a Strat guy. I never got a bad sound out of a good Strat unless I made it! Ha! I still want an ES-335 someday....*sigh*

Taylors are the best acoustic guitar I've ever played. I just prefer their feel, tone and sound projection. (Yes, I've played a Martin)

I am having fun watching the amplifier poll on this one, it is fascinating how everyone is all over the place on it. Marshall and Other are in the lead so far.

Some good guitar choices here guys, I like a lot of the ones named.
